Winner of the 4Th International Beverly Hills Book Awards in the category of Addiction & Recovery!

Is your addiction taking control of your life? This book provides an integrative, seven-step program to help you understand and take charge of drug and alcohol addiction.

If you struggle with addiction, seeking treatment is a powerful, positive first step toward eventual recovery. But gaining an understanding of the causes of addiction—such as feelings of helplessness or loss of control—is also crucial for recovery. In this book, addiction expert Suzette Glasner-Edwards offers evidence-based techniques fusing cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and mindfulness-based relapse prevention to help you move past your addictive behaviors.

On the long road to addiction recovery, you need as many tools as possible to help you stay sober and reach your destination. That’s why this is the first book to combine research-proven motivational techniques, CBT, and mindfulness-based strategies to help you create your own unique recovery plan. The book can be used on its own or as an adjunct to rehab or therapy. It also makes a wonderful resource for loved ones and professionals treating addiction.

If you're ready to take that important first step toward recovery, this book can help you beat your addiction and get back to living a full, meaningful life.

I am changing my review. it's been 2 years since was women's second chance photo types through LA county Superior Court judge Tynan. I feel it is sufficient time to have analyzed my observations for this peer review. I have done a lot of studies, research, experiments as a regulation specialist Pope Francis from Vatican City, Mt. Saint Mary's University and the Archdioces of Los Angeles. The State of California, their companions L.A. County DCS, DPSS, and Probation, and Foster Care entrepreneurs are established and thriving while the American Family especially children, are exploited for power and financial benefits. it's inhumane. Not to mention the character defamation of our brothers in other countries. The stealing of inherited family businesses has left the world depressed. With depression comes illness, and death. This is not all I have to say about this! P.S. I dare to say, Our Father who's name is still hallowed., meaning anonymous, I am being obedient. There's a contract binding me to this research. We have food stamps that caused this problem in the first place. UCLA needs to be fair regarding diversity, inclusion.
