So don't just think about changing your life. Do it.

*Lose weight

* Stop smoking

* Feel instantly younger

I avoid self help books like I try to avoid the flu. Usually successful but if I do catch it I feel utterly crap for days. Why? Because almost all the self help library consists of airy nonsense or just rambling nonsense. Luckily for people who prefer a bit of science to their self help, Richard Wiseman - a professor of psychology writes about the subject with the authority of research, science and a sense of humour. Well worth reading all his books if you want to find out why we are the way we are, and how easy it is to change aspects (if you want to)
