3.75 stars This cozy paranormal witchy mystery should be on everyone's reading list if you are looking for: -New beginnings -Secrets -Magic -Friendship -Small Town The book is nicely written with a good flow and an easy understanding of the environment. I liked how the author didn't immediately delve into too many spells or rituals considering Dani just found that she was a witch. I also liked how she knew her shortcomings and how openly she cried or expressed her emotions. I am looking forward to continue this series and hoping to see good character developments and more magic. I received an advance copy of the book and I am leaving this review voluntarily.

I really enjoyed this book. It was well written, and I appreciated the attention to details while setting the scene. Grabbed my attention right from the start. I liked the different perspective of the magical elements, and how there were no long spells with foreign words I can't pronounce. I did feel the character introductions were a little lacking. Still enjoyed it. I received a free copy, and this is my honest opinion.

What a delightfully magical mystery. A second chance or a new beginning. A choice of happiness that’s what’s important to know about Dani and this story. It’s a bittersweet mystery as she loses a friend so close after her gran. Yet she gains so much at the same time. I loved the small town and the friends new and old. The kittens were just an absolute joy. A quick yet intricate read and a great beginning to a new series! I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review vo
