You just have to believe it’s true.” Teutonic witch Doro has chosen Amira, a non Teutonic as her mate and this book is the story of how they are able to overcome all the hurdles. Set in an Alpine village, the girls want to marry and bind each other's lives and hearts together. Will they succeed? It seems they may not be able as obstacle after obstacle come to them. Doro interacts with a Dark Priest who makes a deal that will bring the two together in blood transfer, the rite prior to marriage in their tradition. Will they succeed? I can't spoil this for other readers. This is, to my knowledge, the first book of this author but it will not be the last. I am impressed with her way of letting her readers know there may be triggers within it but that it's up to the reader to continue or not. A compelling story involving a Teuton, Doro in love with an outsider, Amira. The only way the outsider can become a Teuton is through the dreaded blood transfer. The pair, having trouble finding a Teuton priest to agree to the ritual, seek out a cursed priest who will perform it, but at an enormous cost. Plenty of other drama included in this complicated tale. Highly entertaining tragedy and triumph story.

This is another good book in this three book series. It was a great story about two souls finding one another, a witch and a human. Amira and Dora make a good couple and I enjoyed them as a couple. This is a FF book and and I really liked it and think that it is a Good read! I Liked it a lot!!! No Spoilers!
