Overall the app works good, but I'm giving a one star so this review gets noticed. There are 3 types of touch controls for the earbuds I got. Single tap, Double tap, and hold. I hate touch controls and always prefer to disable them due to accidental presses. Why in the world can the app only disable the single tap but not the other 2 options? This is a very weird and very frustrating oversight, please add this feature.

Quite an efficient support application for Anker, one of the best budget friendly Bluetooth In-ear Earphones currently in the market, providing many premium features seen in the high end market, which cost half the price when compared with established brands in the audio industry. Not having manual control for the equaliser settings, apart from the preset options available, is probably the only negative comment I could make......

The Software is absolutely fine, simple and useful. My issue is with the Speaker device that I purchased recently, infact two! The Soundcore Glow Mini. But I discovered an issue with the bluetooth firmware. Anyone in the range can access my Glow mini's and hijack them. That's a major security flaw as I even turned off the 'Discoverable' switch off on the Software. I urge the team to please release a software that fixes this major issue. Otherwise anyone can hijack my device without my approval .
