After someone pressed the doorbell and after I press the prompt to see the footage live it 90% of the time shows "establishing secure video channel" and after 1 min of waiting (meantime that person is LONG GONE ALREADY!!) Then I get the message: Can not connect to the doorbell. The home base is wired, and everything in house works fine except the doorbell with the home base. Restarting resetting doesn't help. Uninstalling the app, removing it from battery optimization also did not work!!!!!!!!!

Unusably slow to use it with the smart doorbell. Biggest regret. By the time you receive a notification, the person already left. I have a 2Gb fiber internet connection and the WiFi access point is 1 meter away from the device. No matter, still slow to connect and unusable other than to check who were at your door.

Programers from eufy security , you really messed up this last update unfortunately. Always had a steady feed from my 3 cameras, which was awesome due to being away quite often, but this last 2 weeks the cameras keep on going offline with max network, exactly in the same place they where in the last 2 years working fine. Tried all tricks, re-install many times all devices, app, 2.4gz network, ios, android, clear cache, data, and seems nothing fixes the issue. If no fix soon, sell set for other..
