The assessment and progression is great. The biggest frustration is more the quality of life in the interface. I don't know how many times I've pressed back and had to completely restart a session, and as it calculates a new routine when you do so under dailies, you lose your place in every routine. A "are you sure you want to exit?" prompt would immediately fix this.

Really enjoy it, and seem to have fewer injuries since using the pre workout. Enjoy the dailies as well, but wish it was possible to turn off the targeted routines as over time it can become overly focused on areas of low mobility per testing. I also wish there was a bit more CARs and loaded stretching, but since it's marketed around WODs rather than mobility I get why that's not the focus. With loaded stretching it could fulfill most mobility needs.

This company listens! I previously rated it 4/5 and suggested minor changes. I have since restarted using this app and the changes have been implemented. This app is great! I love the new features and the interface.
