Android System WebView

This app is constantly draining battery. A total pain. Can't force stop it and if I do it restarts instantly. So sick of unwanted Android and Google apps draining battery. Android Auto( Don't Drive!)Google assistant don't want it! Google speech services ( As you can tell,I can type!) Once again Google and Android provides nothing but headaches for the consumer. Google maps. No, I'll ask directions from someone that doesn't switch off instantly when battery is drained to zero by other things.

Literally makes all my apps lag and crash. I've tried everything to figure out what happened in between the past week tht would've done this and it seems others are having the same issue. I've deleted all apps re-downloaded etc etc. And they're still so laggy, as in I'll click on something and about 5-8 seconds later it Will register and that's if it doesn't force closes on itself.

Using OPPO 16A, when I touch minimized app to come up, instead of displaying the current content, it takes me back to the preview page, causing me to loose my current content page. That's just the only problem I have. If the minimized page can come up displaying current content when touched, that will be wonderful.
