Thank you for your services. The app is great, except for the notifications that show while locating a phone. As far as privacy is concerned, it's useful to know when I'm being illegally stalked. But the feature backfires when I'm recovering a stolen phone - it informs the thief to turn off data. One way around this is to disable notifications ahead of time, but "had I known" is always at last - lesson learnt the hard way today. Anyway, I think having a "Stealth mode" will be good.

I have a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra phone with all the latest updates. The Google Find My Device app that I've uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times on this phone will not recognize my phone at all. My Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra is listed, but not the device it's installed on. I only have 1 Google account, and I'm properly logged into that account on my phone. All location settings, permissions, etc are all turned on yet still not working. Can I get some support? None of your emails work!

The app recently will show the battery life and location of my devices but will not be successful is the "play sound" function. This applies to pebblebee and Google devices (pixel 9 pro, pixel buds pro 2). This makes the find my device network useless. I've tried removing and readding devices but it seems like this is a bigger bug. Up until this point, I used on the network daily for finding misplaced items. Very unfortunate.

What’s new

Find My Device helps you locate your belongings
(like your wallet and keys with a tracker tag)
and devices (like your phone and tablet). You can play a sound on your device to find it.
If the device is offline or far away, use the network to locate it for you — all while keeping
location data encrypted and private from Google.
