Edit + Solution: After not being able to use the app (getting errors, call effect, hearID or EQ options not working at all) i tested the app on a different phone and it worked perfectly fine. Anker support tried to help out but was not able to. In the end I figured it out myself. If you use Android phone and you have 'Developer options' turned on, turn them off and go to the app again. This worked like a charm and now i can fully enjoy using the Liberty Air 2 earphones together with the app!

The app is almost brilliant. However, I can't change from vocal mode to full transparent on my P40's if I only have one in... I only wear one earphone! Especially around people. There's also another massive issue, as soon as I put one earphone away, it goes from transparency to normal mode, which is the most horrifying vertigo inducing thing ever. They're great earbuds, the app is just not amazing.

I've had the A20 sleep buds for a few months now, and about a month after getting them, the smart switch feature stopped working. I looked it up online to see that this is apparently a bug that has been around for months that was supposed to be fixed, yet it is still happening to me. Because of the sudden sound changes, I keep waking up at 4 to 5 am. and struggle to fall back asleep. I wish I could get the issue fixed because I do love the earbuds, and I feel like I wasted a lot of money.
