Ted Kerasote

They have taken place in Alaska, the Northwest Territories, Nunavat, Greenland, the U.S. and Canadian Rocky Mountains, the French, Italian, and Swiss Alps, Central America, the Chilean and Argentine Andes, East and Southern Africa, the Pakistani Karakoram, the Indian and Nepalese Himalaya, Tibet, China, Siberia, Tasmania, and New Zealand.
