Raymond E. Fowler

Raymond E. Fowler has served a tour with the USAF Security Service and twenty-five years as a Senior Weapons Planner for GTE Government Systems. He has written nine books on UFOs and has degrees in Bible and Biblical Language. He has appeared frequently on national and local TV/Radio programs.
