Klare is Director of the Five College Program in Peace & World Security Studies in Amherst, Mass., & author of numerous books on the changing nature of warfare, including "Low-Intensity Warfare", "Word Security", & "Rogue States" & "Nuclear Outlaws". He lives in Northhampton, Massachusetts.
