Kristine Asselin

Kristine Carlson Asselin is the author of nonfiction childrenrsquo;s books and young adult and middle grade fiction. She is a graduate of Fitchburg State University and received her masterrsquo;s degree from the University of Connecticut.A member of the Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators, Kristine loves attending workshops to hone her craft and meet other writers. She is on deck to direct the 2014 New England SCBWI Conference. She loves books-mostly middle grade and young adult. She's a sucker for a good love song. And she canrsquo;t resist an invitation for Chinese food or ice cream. But not together. Kristine lives with her husband and daughter in a suburb near Boston.
