Since reading the 1st red river valley book have wondered how mr gould would intersect in future with Inge Bjorkland. In this story David Gould's son Jonathan comes to the Bjorkland farms for the summer to learn value of hard work, and falls in love with Inge's niece, Grace. The ending is happy, but would like to see a continuation of Jonathan and Grace, but moreso hoping that Inge and the kind, generous David Gould will get together. What say ye, Ms Snelling?!
