About this ebook

Bundled for the first time. Three red-hot reverse harem shifter romances. With a few intriguing twists.

Alice's Alphas

A poor route choice strands Alice - lost, hungry, and scared - next to Lon Chaney's cabin the Sierra Nevada Mountains.

When Jed melts out of the shadowed darkness, she adds him to her list of problems. At first, she declines his offer of help, but he keeps talking until she ends up inside a cozy log cabin in front of a roaring fire. His skilled hands and a shot of whiskey heat her blood to molten, and her carefully tended world explodes into desperate hunger.

Megan's Mates

After witnessing what might have been a murder, Megan is frantic to escape the Garden of Eden cult, so she catches the night train north out of town. Her lifetime commitment to the cult may be a death sentence, but she's not sticking around to let them frame her.

Wolf shifters, Les and Karl, eke out a primitive existence on the flanks of the Canadian Rockies. Between hunters who want to kill them and a wildfire raging out of control, they're glad when Jed, their clan leader, shows up. And even more delighted when they see who's in his car.

Sophie's Shifters

The winds of change are blowing as shifters gather in the Sierra Nevada Mountains for a war powwow. Tempers run high as they argue their next move. An unexpected attack forces their hand, and Blake, alpha for the coyote clan, fights alongside his brothers. He's grimly pleased when every single one of their enemies is finally dead, the bodies chucked into glacial crevasses.

Sophie Laughing Wolf tracked her hated brother into the mountains. Gifted with foreseeing, she wants to make certain he ends up just as dead as he was in her vision. When the large group of men he's with are set upon by shifters, mythical dual-natured beings who can take animal forms, she hides, calling on earth power to shield her.

Book one, I have not had the pleasure of reading all of author Ann Gimpel's books, so I was surprised that the story is filled with such passionate pleasures. We have a 30-year-old virgin, a tall muscular, mountain climbing engineer who happens to also be a beautiful, intimidating woman. We also have a gorgeous Alpha leader and his two, just as good-looking, lieutenants; no virgins here but who have been waiting for several centuries for their one true mate. Alice, during a mountain climb with a friend, is suddenly left to fend for herself. Confused, mad as to why her partner has left her on a snow-covered mountain as night is coming, she comes upon a cabin and a stranger. Read what she learns about herself, the stranger, the partner that ran off, and last but not least his two friends. In this world, the humans know all about shifters and now have Hunters, whose main goal is to kill all of them that they can. This includes all shifters, not just wolves, so their kind are slowly dying out and will become extinct if shifters cannot find their mates to procreate. Can she accept what she discovers or will she run the other way? This is one hot paranormal romance story and, if that's your cup of tea, be sure not to pass it up; I know I'm glad I didn't. This second book in the Bundle has a very different ring to it. We have a young girl who has grown up in the foster system and when finally out alone and friendless joins a cult. Well after a time she sees that they are not so good and runs away during the cold of winter; scared of what they'll do to her when they capture her. She hitchhikes and after those scary experiences, she is picked up by a group, well known to us from the previous book, who offer to help. That helps lead her to two gorgeous shifters who have lived alone in the backwoods. That's all the details from me as I don't do spoilers, but just let me say there are surprises, danger, laughter, and of course some sexy action. Although this can be read as a stand-alone, reading the prior book helps enhance the story and each one is an HEA. I recommend it to all who love paranormal romance. Book three, I'm happy to say, is also quite different from the first two. Of course the main differences are the women each book is named for. In this story our heroine, Sophie, is an American Indian. She has had a life of fear, pain, and hate. But without those she may have never met her mates. They meet under extremely dangerous and bloody circumstances, which makes her fearful of them. You need to get this book and read all they, and especially shifters, go thru to live while being hunted and killed by a secret organization they call the "Hunters". Shifters throughout the world just want to live among the humans as themselves, as equal beings, without hiding what they are and in fear, without having to killing in order to live. A great story of overcoming a horrendous past, learning of and excepting love, and doing all that is necessary so that maybe one day, in the future, shifters and humans can live in peace. Any peace is better than a bloody existence. These three stories leave me wanting more, so hopefully other books in the series are not too far behind. HELLO, HELLO, hopefully the author is able to hear my request.
