Fatale, the 7th book in The Master’s Child series, is one thrilling, sexy, jaw-dropping tale, suspense-filled from the beginning to the very end. Charlotte’s father, Larry Klempner, is in Brazil, searching for the malevolent woman whose latest nefarious project is to bring him and/or his family down. She is insidious, crazy like a fox, and has veiled ways of infiltrating his life and the lives of his loved ones that they don’t suspect. She is twisted and deadly. I’ve read all of the books in The Master’s Child (and the author’s entire other series, as well), and I still find the main characters alluring, passionate and three dimensional. The author is a remarkable writer. James is a Dom, he’s stern and unyielding. Yet we also see how tender and loving he is, and also the flaws he tries to hide. Charlotte has always been capable and independent, yet the author picks out and shows us a rare Charlotte-tantrum, and what may be an episode of postpartum blues. The interactions among the members of this large family feel real and natural. The love scenes are sensual, hotly tactile. It’s very clear how much they love one another. Other characters who were “second-string” take a bit more of the spotlight in Fatale, including Larry himself, and his lady-love Mitch. It is so pleasing to see them growing closer, at least in spirit while Larry is sleuthing for the dangerous lady in Sao Paolo. If I could cast a spell, I’d work one that would bring the next book to us asap. I give Fatale 5 stars, though it deserves at least 10!

A little naughty, a little nice, and suspense. I am truly invested in this series what I thought was just another two men and one woman romance has turned into a thriller with an outstanding cast of good and bad guys, that have met some unreal challenges and had some splendid twists to face. In this one, Klempner is looking for the killer who has caused his friends and family so much trouble. Michael, James, Charlotte Richard, Beth, and Juliana all have roles to play within the pages of this piece. This one will keep you on the edge of your seat oh and Mitch has been a bit busy. I loved the book cannot wait for more. I did receive a free copy of this book and voluntarily chose to review it.

WOW!!! So many things I want to gush about from this book. To shout, exclaim, to share the giddy excitement and trepidation with yáll and you know I can't. Not because it's not worthy of sharing but because I don't want to give anything away. The only thing I will share is I absolutely, positively DID NOT see that coming!!! Now I'm on pins and needles for Vitale's release. Just when I thought things might calm down a bit, the plot thickens in several directions. What a great book!!! I was given the opportunity to read this ARC from Booksprout and this is my honest and unbiased review.
