Half a year has passed since the Remno revolution ended. Spring has rolled around again, bringing with it what Mia considers to be one of the most important occasions of the year — spring break. Freed from the duties of school and station, she’s ready to seize the day! By which she means, of course, do absolutely nothing productive and lounge around in bed all day.

Her indolent plans are cut short, however, when her own granddaughter, Bel, is whisked backwards through time and deposited in front of her. Just when she thought she was finally done with worrying about the guillotine, she learns of the grisly future awaiting her, in which a war of succession rends the empire in two. Mia herself has been killed by poison, and Bel narrowly avoided execution by leaping through time.

As if that wasn’t enough, she discovers that this terrible chain of events can be traced back to Rafina’s tragic transformation into a dictator. Altering the course of history will, of all things, require her to defeat Rafina in the upcoming election for student council president!

Underprepared, polling abysmally, and trailed by a granddaughter who inherited all her, erm, Mia-est bits, she once again finds herself at a historical turning point... without the faintest clue of what she's supposed to do!

Another great volume it really showed how the people interact with each other when it comes to candidating for a higher position in the nation. I enjoyed the story and thickening plot that it bring me a lot of joy and interest in reading it. Overall, great volume and looking forward for more mia adventures in making the nation a better place (^-^).

If you're looking for a heap romance continuation of the 2nd book, you're surely mistaken. Like what the Author said before, the series were supposed to wrap in the second book but turns out there is the third and fourth book (as of now)! Mia is still very very adorkable and her granddaughter Bel as well. Though, if you're looking for extensive Mia-Bel's interactions, I'm sorry you're missing it very much. As well as Sion and Abel- though it may be because the third book focuses on Rafina more. I'd say that it's kind of missing Abel and Bel's potential interractions too! Hopefully the 4th book is better

Mia has now avoided her gruesome fate, however it would seem that a bigger, harder endeavor awaits her. This volume starts off with the introduction of a new very loveable character: Miabel. While her interactions with Mia were few, they were surely very entertaining. Volume 3 is very much centered around Rafina, with her inner thoughts disclosed, I feel like she became more relatable. Another highlight of this volume was without doubt the Side story centered around Dion. One of the very last survivors of Mia-scepticism but probably not for long. As I get more and more engrossed in this saga, I can't help but wish for the perfect happy ending for all our characters. So let's watch upon Mia while she buldozes through everything to pave the way to a brighter future.
