I was lead by the Holy Spirit to read this book, to be honest I don't concider myself an avid reader, but once I stated to reading I could not put it down until I was finished. This read has not only revived the Zeal for the Lord that i once had and it left me with zero excuses, I have counted the cost and I am willing to leaving everything behind and follow Jesus, even to death. I pray that this book touches the lives that God has destined it to touch, in Jesus name Amen!

Excellent and riveting true story of faith and persecution! Once I started reading it was hard to put this book down. The story is told in vivid and very engaging terms with painful honesty about her own struggles and mistakes. It has stretched my faith by challenging my sometimes weak and compartmental views of God's grace and justice.

Incredible testimony!! Her life story has inspired me to remain close to God. Regardless of what circumstances we encounter he will never forsake us! Glory be to our living God...Rifqa you will remain in my thoughts and prayer!
About the author
Fatima Rifqa Bary, a native of Sri Lanka, moved with her family to the United States at the age of eight. She secretly converted from Islam to Christianity at age twelve. When her family discovered her secret four years later, she ran away from home—and her story made national headlines. Still living in an undisclosed location, Rifqa’s passions are prayer, missions, and people. She also cherishes long talks with loved ones over coffee and eating lots of chicken curry.
