Afterglow follows three couples and their work and living activities. When you tie in the banter and antics involved along with them you get an entertaining story that kept me glued to the pages and cheering on these couples. The stories are descriptively well written with likeable characters that I enjoyed connecting with and reading about.

I loved the MetroGen book series, especially Erin and Noah's relationship. The story is divided into two parts, and part two had me laughing and clapping my hands with joy. Dr. Eliza Kandal and her checkmate move were a mic drop moment for me. Overall, I received an advance reader copy from the author, and I am under no obligation to review the book.
