thank you Mr porter the story was beautifully written I enjoyed every page and turned every page in anticipation of wanting to know what had happened and enjoying the many turns the story took to get there certainly worth every bit of my time and something that should make you proud that you took the time to share your talent with us

I really enjoyed reading this book because the suspension and drama kept me reading in the weary hours of the night. I just couldn't put it down until the end of the book. Loved it.

an amazing book , ot what I would normally read but thought I would give it a go. I'm glad I did. the characters and story are amazing, it really grips you and makes you feel that you were there.i have never lived in Liverpool nor was I alive in 1966 but it made me feel I was there and could have known some of the characters. truly a fantastic read, thankyou.
