About the author

Professor Akram Al Ariss is an academic researcher having a portfolio comprising an extensive range of publications including books, book chapters, refereed journal articles, and reports published in top and specialized outlets. His research, teaching, and management practice focus broadly on managing the talents of the international workforce. He has editorial appointments with high impact journals in the field of business and management such as Journal of World Business, British Journal of Management, among others. He has international research, teaching, and training experiences with several European, American, and Arab institutions including London School of Economics, Penn State University, and the Qatar Foundation. Currently he is a Professor of Human Resource Management at the Toulouse Business School, France.
