I am loving this "Man Down" series. Jasper is desperate to find out who it was that shot his boss, the boss who was also his friend, Mason, Mason is married to Jasper's cousin, Tesla, so it is also personal. Jasper took over as lead, this didn't go down well with Mason's original team but Jasper didn't care, he continued to build his own team with people that he could trust, Tristan Montgomery was only too keen to volunteer, everyone loved and respected Mason. A mysterious object found at a crime scene. Mason's Keeper magic. Prepare for page turning delight. The books in the series should be read in order as they build on each other. Answers are found within the story and even more questions are found. I am already looking forward to the next book in the series. I really enjoyed reading Tristan . Tristan joins the team working on finding who shot Mason and why . He never expected to find himself interested and drawn to the new coroner Amarylis . Amarylis didn't realize she was in danger when she came across evidence someone didn't want found . As more information comes to light on Mason's shooting Tristan steps in to protect her . Danger is closer than anyone realized . This story is action packed and Suspenseful . I highly recommend taking the time to read . I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.
