Awesome. Down to earth and told in a way that is both engaging and gripping and at the same time makes you feel as though you were right there alongside him in the action. Would definatley recommend this to any military or action junkies.

Gives good insight into the life of a SEAL. I dream about 'What if' but now know I couldn't do it. Maybe that's a good thing.

About the author
DR. HOWARD E. WASDIN graduated with BUD/S Class 143. He was awarded the Silver Star for his actions at the Battle of Mogadishu, and retired from the Navy in 1995 after 12 years of service. STEPHEN TEMPLIN qualified as a pistol and rifle expert with the SEALs. He is now an associate professor at Meio University in Japan.
