I bought this book hoping to learn more than what I've gathered from internet searches and YouTube. A lot of the book is recipes which are high in net carbs which is kind of confusing. Anyway, if you're going keto you'll want more information than what is in this book.

Not any emphasis on the importance of avoiding sugar, some recipes called for fruit which will take you out of keto. Saw a lot of carb and sugars in the recipes. Good thing I did my research before I read this book, lest I be led astray by this author. Cheap book, cheap advice.
