I got it because it seemed to get my fantasy fix while waiting for a new Game of Thrones book. Shouldn't have bothered. It's a long tedious family melodrama about this guy God and his whining son Jesus; God a sadist that causes his son to become a masochist with daddy issues. However, it's so poorly written, that it fails to work either as an indictment of child abuse or, as a good story. Avoid.

Of course the CONTENT is great, but there are SO many issues with trying to read it. I have to reset my app multiple times to be able to move to a new chapter, and you can forget about skipping from one chapter to another in different books of the Bible. I've had the same problem across multiple devices so its not my device. Now I cannot even use it anymore, ir refuses to load the pages. Thanks a lot you people who do not even care to make it work right!

I accidentally deleted from my library and unable to get it back and unable to locate app maker to get help with this. Love the bible but hate the customer service. From reading other reviews, seems customer service is gone, lost, no show ...
