The book did not include many beginner poses, and majority of the pictures do not show proper form. Being flexible and doing yoga should not translate into a book for beginners, sorry I am sure the writer is nice. There are at least 20 poses that a beginner would get more from, and less injury trying to get into. Though it seemed well written, the woman in the photos arches her back too much or has lorodsis so it looks as if she is showing proper form is with an overly arched back. Binding poses are in no way beginner and should have been left out.

Unless you've practiced yoga this may be difficult to understand. It does show the as ana correctly. Good lessons for practicing form. I think these lessons are more for those practicing than the beginner without a teacher.
