Acerca deste libro electrónico

For many years, Lingyen Mountain Temple has worked diligently to promote vegetarianism. An example of such effort is the vastly popular publication, Why Medical Doctors are Vegetarians, which advocates vegetarianism by examining it from the perspective of modern nutritional health sciences. In addition, the Temple published The Benefits of Vegetarianism—a book that takes a deep dive into the Law of Cause and Effect to elucidate the importance of vegetarianism. We hope that these publications will encourage readers to take up vegetarianism for life. In doing so, they will be liberating sentient beings every day. This form of liberation not only addresses the issue at its source, but also stays true to the Buddha’s mind—the Mind of Great Compassion.
