NYPD Detectives Kirk and Dawkins are pursuing Chet French, aka Big Frenchie, a small-time armed robber who did some time for aggravated assault. Multi-genre author Roy Glenn is best known as the Master of Urban Suspense for his iconic Mike Black Saga.
