Acerca do autor

Aditya Tripathi has over 20 years of experience in commercial contracting in various geographies working and dealing with complex long-term IT and infrastructure contracts. He has an LL.M. from the University of Liverpool (the UK), MBA from Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, Delhi, ACS (Institute of Company Secretaries of India), and he is a member of the Delhi Bar Council. Aditya spends most of his time advising, consulting and guiding organizations through the complex world of legal and commercial contracts. This book is an attempt to return to the world the knowledge and insights he has gathered over 20 years dealing with businesses and commercial contracts. The simple idea of this book is to use the learning and experience from both the academics and business world, connect, combine and present them in a lucid and easy-to-understand way.
