About this eBook

Time is a complex notion that includes a logical procedure for determining the stages of a process(event) and logical information(data) necessary to perform such a logical procedure. It uses an algorithm for comparing and contrasting known or standard events (processes) with events (processes) that need to be understood, to determine the stages of existence or to plan their implementation.

A person uses a logical procedure to understand when the process of his interest happened or will happen as this process proceeds, flows, or will flow.

He uses this procedure to plan and coordinate his actions with the plans and efforts of other individuals.
