DAVENPORT is Distinguished Professor at Babson College, the Bodily Centennial Professor of Analytics at the UVA Darden School of Business, a Fellow at the MIT Initiative on the Digital Economy, and Senior Advisor to Deloitte. He’s authored or co-authored 24 books, including Process Innovation, Working Knowledge, Competing on Analytics, and All In on AI.
