About this eBook

One wild night of drinking led to Catelyn Wolf marrying Sheikh Rami in a lavish, beautiful ceremony. At least, that’s what the pictures show.

Turns out Catelyn faked the whole wedding with some photoshopped pictures in a desperate attempt to give her fledgling wedding planning business, Elite Occasions, a chance at survival. The Hail Mary worked, and now they have their first client—with a multimillion-dollar wedding to boot. True, her besties, who are also her business partners, weren’t happy with the elaborate lie, but even they had to admit that it worked like a charm...that is until Sheikh Rami himself shows up, demanding to meet “his wife.”

Sheikh Rami has no time to find a suitable bride, not with his huge contract with a Texas oil company on the rocks. So when news of his “wedding” is uncovered by his brother, Catelyn’s “joke” turns into the answer to Rami’s prayers. Catelyn is good friends with the owner of the oil company—the perfect way to get an in with the company. All he needs is a big rock and an even bigger divorce clause to officially marry by his deadline. The fact that Catelyn is hot as sin only helps matters...

Catelyn, however, does not go gently down the aisle, and Rami is forced to threaten the business she and her friends have worked so hard to build. If she doesn’t marry him, he’ll out their biggest wedding as a lie and she’ll be ruined. But as their business-only relationship turns decidedly passionate, the two become entangled both in the bedroom as well as in business. In the end they’ll have to decide if the marriage that began as fake is actually fate.

Rami wanted Morris International to distribute the oil produced in Al-Dashalid in the United States, and since Lydia Morris’ company had the best terms and connections, he was hopeful that he could charm her. But this party was so boring that he couldn’t take any more. He briskly headed for a door and crashed into someone! Catelyn Wolf had her cocktail glass knocked to the floor as the prince trampled her. It was sort of her fault for standing there staring at him and admiring what she saw as he headed toward her. Her mother joined them, trying to be a matchmaker. Then Lydia came up as if she were part of the discussions. So Catelyn excused herself and went home. Catelyn had just started her wedding-planning business in New Jersey, but she still didn’t have many bookings over the past six months. As she is drinking wine, because it had been a rough day, she knows she needs something special for her blog, like a celebrity. She thinks of Sheikh Rami’s handsome face – yes, plan a wedding for a royal family member! So she decides to alter a photo, where she had been the wedding model, by photo-shopping a picture of Rami as her new husband. It turned out so well, that she used the fake photo to advertise her business on the blog. When Rami’s brother saw it, Rami used the false wedding implication to blackmail Catelyn into marrying him for real – temporarily – so he could meet the deadline for his own marriage requirement. Since Catelyn was friends with Lydia, and Rami needed to negotiate a business arrangement with her, this could work. Catelyn, in return, could continue to use their marriage photo for her own advertising purposes. As can be expected, the two of them begin to develop real feelings for each other, and the fake marriage starts to feel real. Their attraction is very strong for each other. But when a misunderstanding makes Catelyn run away, what will Rami do? Does he truly want her back? Does he want to make the relationship work? I thought this was a very clever story line and I really enjoyed the book. The main characters were definitely likable and the reader cares how it all turns out for them. The humorous touches were perfect in this well-written story. Grab your copy and see how everything sorts out.

I enjoyed this romance. I thought the plot was fun and it held my attention well. I liked Catelyn and Rami and I thought the chemistry between them really sizzled. I could understand Catelyn's desire to help her company succeed but I did think it was quite farfetched that she would use such a famous, powerful person. I mean definitely not smart. That being said, since that was the backbone that supported the whole story line, you just have to go with it and enjoy the characters, their attraction and the romance that blossoms between them.

I really enjoyed this story. This is Rami and Catelyn's story. Rami needs a wife and Catelyn faked a photo on her website of her and Rami getting married. Rami decided to make the marriage real before he turns 30. So he blackmail Catelyn to get what he wants. Turns out that, they were exactly what the other person needed. He needed her to help him with his oil deal and she needed him to boost her business, I watching them fall in love. The book was fun to read, the love scenes were hot. I loved seeing Rami grow and his confidence building when speaking in crowds. The end made me laugh sometimes even Sheiks have to ask for forgiveness. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

About the author

Leslie North is the pen name for a critically-acclaimed author of women's contemporary romance and fiction. The anonymity gives her the perfect opportunity to paint with her full artistic palette, especially in the romance and erotic fantasy genres.

The truth of the matter is she loves her fictional persona, Leslie North, more than her normal, day-to-day persona! Her bestselling books focus on strong characters and particularly women who aren't afraid to challenge an alpha male. Inspired after years of travel, her stories are set all over the world, from the tough streets of Russia to the beautiful beaches of the middle east.

Leslie fell in love with romance when she first picked up a scrappy, dog-eared romance book from her local library. She began writing soon after and the rest, as they say, was history. She now lives in a cozy cottage on the British coast and enjoys taking long walks with her two Dalmatians, George and Fergie.
