The magical land of Midnight, cursed into eternal winter, faces destruction at the hands of the Witchking. The Lords of Midnight and the Fey of the Forest combined forces once before to defeat him, but this sudden assault by the WitchkingтАЩs deadly Doomguard has long been planned to coincide with the Winter Solstice at a time when Midnight has lost the only means it has to mount an effective defence.

Drew Wagar was born in Canada in 1970, but has lived in the UK since 1972. He was educated at the university of Brighton where he studied Computer Science.
He published his first novel, Torn, in 2011 and followed this up with contributions to the Fusion anthology in 2012.
Drew ran a controversial but highly successful тАШKickstarterтАЩ in late 2012 allowing him to write one of the official novels set in the universe of Elite:Dangerous by Frontier Developments. This book, Elite: Reclamation was published by us in 2014. Its sequel, 'Premonition' was edited by the Fantastic Books Team and published by Frontier Developments.┬а
