When back home, I bought the book and have read twice since.
The intrigue is simple enough. Even the end with the villain is cinematic.
The characters are fresh, vibrant.The views expressed by the protagonists on each other are impressions and feelings that speak to me. It is a romanesque book with a nice end. For me, I prefer a book which is refreshing to read than an horror story.
I wonder if there is a sequel to Ian and Brandy adventure.
