After a really looong time -I found a book that had it all - romance,murder,mystery,love/hate, intensity, all this woven so well it was definitely a compelling story - I truly enjoyed being immersed in the lives of all the characters, enjoyed how the author introduced each character in such a way,it kept me on my toes- so much so that when I got to a part where I thought -this is it -mystery solved -I was pleasantly surprised to find the twist in the tale- What I also would like to say here -is having read a few other books of the author Kathryn Shay- I like that she writes in such a style as to get her reader to learn more about a vast and variety of professions and the intrigue and challenges such people live with..... Been a long while since I so enjoyed a story that I decided to do more that rate the book with stars and write instead why I think everyone who loves a thriller/romance /suspense story should definitely pick up this book ---Oh! and I don't like reading reviews where people give away a storyline or plot of the book - so that's why I have not done so - if you want to know why this review is sooo long - do pick up this book ! Happy Reading.

Loved this book! Twists and turns to unexpected places and situations. A great storyline with great characters. I loved and smiled and cried with them.

This intriguing story captures your attention right from the beginning with its descriptive writing. The story has so many elements to it that is waiting for the reader to unfold. I loved the characters Darcy and Jordan. Their relationship is realistic and the emotions coming from them feel real as they leap off the pages as you read.
