Acerca del autor

The author, Ravindra Nath Tiwari is a Retired Principal and is presently working as a Professor of English with BNMIT, Bengaluru under VTU Belagavi. He has good experience of editing and presenting research papers. At present, he teaches English to the B.E and MBA students at the BNM Institute of Technology, Banashankari- Bengaluru and trains them for placements in Corporate as well. He has been a Trainer for the students appeared in the BEC -Business English Communication Exam, Cambridge University. He handles Capstone Course for MBA students. Furthermore, he has conducted FDPs (Faculty Development Programs) for learned Professors and Induction Programs for the B.E students,

Prior to this, he was a Principal (Group A – Officer) in the Central Tibetan Schools Administration – Delhi under MHRD, Department of School Education and Literacy, Government of India. He is well versed in teaching English and educational administration. He is an accomplished Professional Educator / Master Trainer – English – CBSE with proven expertise in training the teachers of the Central Tibetan Schools Administration – Delhi, Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti – Delhi, Department of Education – Dharamshala and Sarva Siksha Abhiyan – Right to Education, Odisha. He has rich experience of developing curriculum, conducting academic supervision and strengthening education among teachers and students by creating a favorable ambience for learning.

Besides, he has worked in various responsible capacities viz Inspecting Officer- CBSE for Affiliation to Schools. Observer in all the CBSE Examinations such as NET, CTET, JEE, AIEEE , Flying Squad in NIOS, District Commissioner - Bharat Scout and Guide, Regional Coordinator for the appointment of teaching and non-teaching staff on contractual basis in West Bengal, Presenting Officer and Inquiry Officer in Government Official Inquiries under CTSA, Delhi.

Furthermore, he has attended several training programs under Central Board of Secondary Education, Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, Department of Education – Dharamshala, Indian Institute of Management – Lucknow, and Central Tibetan schools Administration – Delhi and also as a Subject Expert – English for teachers of different cadres, working in various departments, He has been honored with various awards mainly by NGOs for his outstanding contribution in the Educational field.
