ARC Review: Call to Honor (A Seal Brotherhood) by Tawny Weber Never slow down. That mantra is the perfect tagline for both author and characters. Ms. Weber holds nothing back with her alpha heroes and the danger in the plot, she adds more fuel to the fire with her equally strong willed heroines. With Call to Honor, she threw me at first. For a man like Diego who struggles with powerful emotions and dangerous enemies, Harper did seem like she fit him. However, as the blinders come off and the secrets start to explode we see a fierce attraction blossom and Tawny Weber at her best. Suspense is the name of the game with this mysterious couple.

Highly Entertaining, Action Packed, Emotionally Charged Romantic Adventure Like no other. Wow this SEAL Team has it all, and I for one look forward to getting to know each member better. This Series starter is a very exciting start. Diego with his hard lived past is so stormy and real that you just want to tame the wild man inside. Harper is clever and enchanting very easy to love her son is adorable and just love her friend as well. The whole story of their journey was so riveting that I just could not stop reading.

I'm a long time fan of Tawny Weber's books and her sexy SEALs. This was more in depth than some of her other books and I was glued to the screen as I read the whole story. Who needs sleep with a book like this? Loyal, patriots, hot guys, few women can resist. These guys know it too. This team, POSIDEN, is full of guys who fit that bill, however, each is unique in his own way. Diego Torres, team leader, feels the weight of a mission that injured one of his team and another didn't come back. There wasn't enough of him to find. Rule one, no one left behind, was broken. He bears the blame, at least in his own mind. There is more and it puts every team member's loyalty in question. While the team is waiting to be cleared, Diego is ordered to do surveillance of the lost team member's ex-wife and mother of his son. Is it possible the man wasn't dead? Was she involved with his escape and crime? While doing the one thing he didn't think he'd ever be called on as a SEAL, he falls first for the little boy and then his mom. Not that he is willing to admit it. The building relationship is touching in so many ways. There is plenty of steam. Let's just say there is part of his duty none of them are complaining about. This book touches on every good part of reading, great characters, romance, mystery, danger, charm, sexy guy banter, strong women, and alpha males. Book one of this new series is a winner. I have only one problem. Where is the next one? This is my honest review of this advance reader copy and I have not been compensated in any way.
