Another excellent book by Prof.Peters..but I would strongly recommend you read The Chimp Paradox first and understand the principles involved in Chimp Management.. Although it is aimed at helping child development,it is very useful for understanding Chimp/Human evolution we all go through...

Prof Steve Peters is a Consultant Psychiatrist who has worked in the field of psychiatry for over twenty years. He helps people to gain insight into their own unique mind and situation and then attain skills to optimise their performance and quality of life. He works across a range of areas including health, education, corporate, elite sport and with members of the public. He runs the Chimp Management company and is the author of the best-selling personal development book The Chimp Paradox.
