At last a book that addresses weight loss through abundance not deprivation (which goes hand in hand with any so called diet). Stephen gives you a small nudge with his strategies & it all depends on your momentum & how you can implement them. He shows you how to pursuit the habit of being healthy without being it a burden. This is not a diet book by any means & though has a lot of science in it, especially in the first part, it's not full of jargon or any kind of terminology at all.

Fantastic book. It's not only useful for weight loss; it's also useful to achieve any goal in life. It taught me a lot of strategies plus it taught me how to create mine. Backed up with a lot of science; generous information and it's fun to read. I would highly recommend it. It's a unique approach that I believe if implemented right is unbeatable. It gave me a lot of tools and insights about how to deal with my emotional eating and most importantly how to start now and with no feeling of resistance at all.

I am so inspired!! I've only just finished reading this book, but I know this is going to be the insight I needed to actually lose some weight. Pizza is on the menu! I'm a bit rebellious which has absolutely destroyed my past dieting efforts. "I can't have pizza? Oh yes i can!!" This book will teach you how to work with your inner rebel. There arent any restriction on pizza or any food, so there's nothing to rebel against. The author equips you with the knowledge you need to make decisions that are in line with your health goals. You'll learn why some foods make you feel better and encourage weight loss, while others arent as nutritious and encourage weight gain. I'm going to read this again in case I missed the part about pizza being off-limits. But meanwhile, I am two days into my mini habits and excited about how I'm already making healthy food decisions that were MY choice and not a rule I'm subconciously plotting to break.
