Great book flowed well through immense timescales something I'm beginning to realise banter excels at! thought the ending left a lot to be desired didn't leave me knowing what had actually happened to earth perhaps reading more books in the xeelee series will fill in the gaps

About the author
Stephen Baxter is the pre-eminent SF writer of his generation. Published around the world he has also won major awards in the UK, US, Germany, and Japan. Born in 1957 he has degrees from Cambridge and Southampton. He lives in Northumberland with his wife.
