About this ebook

A wedding. Lots of shots. A Porsche parked on a dark street. The groom's best friend. The man I shouldn't have slept with. The one who wore an impeccable grey suit and a starched white shirt. The owner of a pair of green eyes that spoke miles more than his irresistible mouth. The youngest partner in his law firm. The man I went to bed with. Madness. The traces of my nails on the dashboard of his car as a proof. The best sex I've ever had. A huge problem. He was unattainable. I was broken.

About the author

I grew up in Madrid, in the 80s, to be a teenager hooked on Isabel Allende and a student in love with History. One night in 2014 I was lucky enough to discover the magic of writing, and ever since, I didn't stop making up stories. Pàmies published the very first one of them in 2017, El verano que aprendimos a volar (The Summer We Learned to Fly), and in 2018 Take a Leap with Me (La locura de saltar contigo) came along. They both belong to the series Always Madrid (Siempre Madrid), which we ended in 2019 with La aventura de soñar despiertos (The Adventure of Dreaming Wide Awake). 2020 meant the arrival of the bilogy La fuerza de los elementos (The Force of the Elements), which consists of Solo nosotros (Only Us) and Siempre nosotros (Always Us). When I'm not into any book, I talk about books on Gintonizadas, a monthly humorous podcast, or I take part in projects such as the charity anthology Todas contamos (All of Us Matter). Take a Leap with Me (La locura de saltar contigo) is my first novel translated into English.
