About this ebook

Who doesn’t have worldly miseries and sorrows? Everyone wants freedom from those miseries. But is there a way to get rid of them? On meeting a Gnani Purush, one attains eternal freedom from all the worldly pains and miseries.

Param Pujya Dada Bhagwan, who is the Gnani of this era, has given a very simplified and self-resulting way to become free from all the worldly sufferings; Every morning pray for 5 times that you do not want to hurt anybody in the slightest through your mind, body and speech. This results in eternal inner peace and happiness. All the worldly sufferings are due to the ignorance of true Self.

Who Am I? What is my true Self? Why is the world full of sufferings? Why do I worry? What is the nature’s form of justice? How can we become free from our mistakes? In this book, very simplified ways to solve such questions have been given to us by Param Pujya dadashri.

About the author

Ambalal M. Patel was a civil contractor by profession. In June 1958, spontaneous Self-Realization occurred within Ambalal M. Patel. From this point on, Ambalal became a Gnani Purush, and the Lord that manifest within him became known as Dada Bhagwan. A Gnani Purush is One who has realized the Self and is able help others do the same. He said that, “The same Lord, Dada Bhagwan exists in all living beings. The difference between you and me is that in me The Lord has manifested fully in me and he is yet to manifest in you.”

Param Pujya Dadashri used to go from town to town and country-to-country to give satsang (spiritual discourse) and impart the knowledge of the Self, as well as knowledge of harmonious worldly interactions to everyone who came to meet him. This spiritual science, known as Akram Vignan, is the step-less path to Self-realization.

This book is a humble attempt to present to the world, the essence of his Knowledge. Great care has been taken to preserve his original words and the essence of his message.
