A short story, but I liked the characters, they felt real. Just the description of certain things makes kind of confused in a funny way, but still bad, especially at the start.

Unless, of course, he can shoot straighter faster than you can. Interesting story, are there any more? You hero reminds me of the gumshoe detectives of so long ago. More please.

I am a big fan of short stories. Especially well written ones. Barton's style is smooth and fluid. It may seem off, but it fits the author so well. The story transported me right into this world. It's characters. It's depth. Storytelling at it's finest. Could easily become one of favorite authors. 😁
