This book provides a high-level overview of issues in financial psychology. It is aimed at people with no background to the topic and does a decent job explaining concepts. It's worth a read if you struggle with basic issues such as budgeting or debt management . Topics include the psychology around: income, spending, saving, budgeting, debt and investing. At times, the book becomes repetitive. This is particularly noticeable at the beginning and ends of each chapter.
