Reiki is a gift to mankind. It has come to us at a time when the stress levels we are experiencing is at an all time high. Most people are looking at ways to heal themselves naturally. So the author Sachin Bangera who is a Reiki teacher himself says that Reiki is a Gift from the Universe. The Universe knew that we would need such a natural healing technique to heal the body, mind and soul. They way Reiki become popular shows that it is in high demand. In the age of smart phones where people are getting more and more anxiety, a technique such as Reiki gives us much needed relief.

Sachin Bangera is a Reiki Teacher based in Mumbai, India. He learned Reiki in the year 2000. He was able to heal his migraine with the help of Reiki. So he got involved in spreading awareness about Reiki and in 2005 he became a Reiki Master. He now conduct Reiki courses regularly at his Reiki Center which is popular as Nalanda Reiki Center. He has written more than 100 articles on Reiki. He has taught Reiki to students all over the world. Many of his students are now teachers themselves. His mission is to have a Reiki practitioner in every home so that all of us can live a long, peaceful and healthy life.
