I have been looking for a series like this for a while now! It is an entertaining read - one that I couldn't put down. Karen Lynch is a great storyteller and I enjoyed how well written the books are: there's plenty of humour, character development and adventure. She's got a great protagonist who is easy to relate to and cheer for which is not always the case in some of these YA books. I am so pleased to have found these books. I normally don't leave reviews but I enjoyed these so much I had to share it with others. Anyways, on to the next book!

The whole series is excellent. There is a depth of writing and imagination rarely encountered anywhere,...an avid reader for over 50 years I reckon I know! enticing characters, fast plot & action. Most adequate literary style. I greatly appreciate the rich & varied imaginary creatures. Thank You for many delightful hours & a great new world.

Karen Lynch did it again. Refuge, book 2 of The Relentless Series is outstanding. New friendships, relationships, and betrayal meet you in Refuge. Sara meets more of her family and the relationship dynamic of Sara and Nikolas will have you smiling throughout. Sara is a strong, brave, and powerful lady and I can't wait to see her grow more in Rogue and see her relationship with Nikolas grow together as equals.
