About the author
Rasheed Kidwai is a journalist, author, columnist and a political analyst. He is a visiting fellow with the Observer Research Foundation (ORF). Formerly associate editor of the Telegraph, Kidwai tracks government, politics, community affairs and Hindi cinema.
