Disclaimer: I received this book for free as I am a personal friend of the author. I thoroughly enjoyed following along as the author recounts experiences during his 11-month missionary journey. I found it fascinating to take the personal conversations I've had with Patrick and vicariously experience the big picture of this time in his life. If you're at all curious what it's like in the mission field, this book is worth a read. If you're not, Patrick Booth still had a wonderful story to share.

A personal journey of faith and identity... This book shows how even when you think you've found your place, fate may see you rotate to a new position. Whatever your personal Long Road may be, this book can help you appreciate how brotherhood and fellowship make us all achieve and enjoy more together than we ever could individually. Even when we find ourselves on opposite ends, we're all in it together, and we all come together in triumph or sorrow. Love, communication, and support mean everything... And no matter where you are on your journey, stop to appreciate the daffodils.

Great read! Very insightful and full of stories from which we all can learn. Also, the pictures help bring the author's memories to life.

About the author
Patrick Booth is a counselor, missionary, traveler, and entrepreneur. After spending ten years as a counselor, he dedicated his life to mission service in developing countries. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and an Associate's Degree in Substance Abuse Counseling.
Britney Cossey holds a Master's degree in Librarian Studies. She has worked in library systems for the entirety of her adult life and continues to share her love of reading with the patrons of the library she manages daily.
