This story is quadruple POV, well written, and a steamy, lightly kinky, sci fi romance. I empathised with Simina’s fears. I appreciated her professional dedication and focus, and enjoyed the way her character developed. I enjoyed Veryl’s gentle, emotion focused perspective, and the the way he considered everyone’s feelings when choosing his actions and words. I enjoyed Dez’s enthusiasm and hedonism in all aspects of life. I enjoyed whilst being amused by Cato’s attempts to control life.

The book has heartbreak, angst, passion, treachery, mystery and a HEA of course. Simina is a compassionate, independent, intelligent woman who has experienced a soul deep loss. Closing off her heart, she has dedicated herself to lifesaving researching. Veryl, Cato and Dez are the best of friends and arena champions. There are intense emotions, and unrequited feelings stirring amongst the trio. Various motivation lead all involved to enlist the services of a renowned matchmaker.

No champions! Dez, Veryl, and Cato, the Triple Talon team, need to be better to defeat Hot Wings and are convinced the answer is to find mates. The Oracle at Celestial Soulmates is sure to match them to the right women. Simina grieves losing Talon to a cheating opponent. She has no heart left to give a mate but she yearns for a child. The Oracle can find the right man to father her children but he cannot be a champion. She won't lose another mate to the arena. An exciting shifter love story!
